Yes. You are welcome to do that.
Here at Net School, anybody can post their tutorials about any programming languages but just make sure that the tutorials you made are not taken form somebody else's.
4) Will I get any reward for posting my tutorials?
Sorry to dissapoint you, but no. You will will not be getting any reward for your tutorials. But, you will be credited for your effort..
5) How about the copyright of my tutorials posted in this website?
Your tutorials will always be yours. You only post them here.
